How to Turn a Wooden Bangle Into a Personalized Christmas Gift

 A glamorous Christmas gift need not be costly. You can give personalized jewelry to all your sisters and girlfriends, to your mom and your aunts even if your budget is small. All you need are some wooden bangles, glossy paint and brush, metallic ink pens, gold bangles colored paper, glue and varnish. Paste stones or flat bead crystals would be a great plus.


1. Make it personal - What is her favourite color? Get glossy paint in that color for her bangle. Does she favour gold or silver? Get a metallic ink pen in that metallic color.


2. Cover your work area with newspaper as it can get very messy.


3. Put the bangle on the newspaper and paint the bangle with the glossy paint, both the outside and inside of the bangle, leaving the part still in contact with the newspaper untouched. Let it dry.


4. Turn the bangle over and paint the unpainted spots.


5. Cut out graphic shapes in other colors that go 22ct gold bangles   with the paint to use for decorating this bangle.


6. When the paint is dry, glue on these shapes in a pleasing pattern.


7. When the glue is dry, paint a layer of varnish over the entire bangle.


8. When the varnish is dry, outline these shapes Indian gold bangles  with the metallic pen. Sign inside the bangle to brand it. You can even write a message for her on that bangle.


9. If you can get paste stones or crystals, glue them onto the bangle to add pizzazz.
